This website is operated by Christian Character Academy (“CCA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a ministry of the New London Faith Group. By visiting this site, submitting a form, or using the chat widget, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website. If you are under 18, please use this site only with a parent or guardian.

This site describes our released-time character education program and lets families register students, volunteers apply to serve, and supporters give. Participation in the program is voluntary, requires written parental permission, and is free of charge to families.

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, educational, medical, financial, or counseling advice, and it does not create a contract of enrollment or employment.

When you submit any form on this site, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete, and you will let us know when it changes.
• If you are registering a student, you are that student’s parent or legal guardian and have the authority to give permission for their participation.
• You are asking us to contact you using the information you provided.
• Submitting a form is a request, not a guarantee. Registration is confirmed by us after we receive your permission and coordinate with the school, and space or scheduling may be limited.

Submitting a volunteer application does not create a volunteer relationship. All applicants must complete our screening process — which includes Ohio BCI and FBI fingerprint background checks, a reference review, and child-safety training — before being placed with students.

We may decline or end any volunteer relationship at our discretion, and we are not required to explain why. Volunteers serve at will and without compensation.

Gifts made through this site are voluntary and, unless we agree otherwise in writing, are non-refundable. Payments are processed by a third-party provider on a secure page; we do not collect or store card or bank numbers on this website.

We use gifts to support the ministry's work. If you designate a gift for a particular purpose, we will honor that designation whenever practical; if that need is already met, we may apply the gift to the ministry's general work. Recurring gifts continue until you cancel them by contacting us.

Gifts to Christian Character Academy are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will provide a receipt for your records. Please consult your tax advisor about your specific situation.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information, or register a student you are not authorized to register.
• Use the site or chat to send unlawful, harassing, threatening, obscene, or abusive content.
• Attempt to access accounts, records, or areas of the site you are not authorized to view.
• Interfere with the site’s operation, introduce malicious code, or attempt to scrape, overload, or probe it.
• Use the site or any content from it for commercial solicitation.

We may restrict or block access to anyone who violates these terms, and may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

The text, curriculum descriptions, photographs, logos, and design on this site belong to CCA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, and churches and schools are welcome to share our registration and volunteer pages. Please do not republish, modify, or sell our content without written permission.

This site relies on third-party services for forms, chat, analytics, and payment processing, and it links to outside resources such as churches and schools. Those services and websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components. Class times, schedules, and program details may change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCA, the New London Faith Group, and our board members, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of this website — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This section concerns your use of the website and does not limit our responsibilities for the care of students in our program.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCA, the New London Faith Group, and our board members, staff, and volunteers from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of this website, your violation of these terms, or information you submitted that you were not authorized to provide.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
